On June 13, 2024 the Department of the Navy issued the pre-release of its 24.4 Open Topics BAA which opened to receive proposals on August 1, 2024, and closed to proposal submission September 4, 2024 at 12:00pm ET.

Ask Me Anything (AMA) Event
On June 26, 2024 the Navy held a free AMA HYBRID
event which provided the opportunity to learn about the Open Topics as well as participate in Q&A directly with the Systems Commands (SYSCOM) sponsoring the topics.
These included: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
This hybrid AMA event was broadcast live and also offered as an in-person event at two locations:
