Abstract: It is proposed to increase dipole particle count within standard Navy chaff cartridges, and to address packaging issues related to short dipole lengths using a novel technology.
Benefits: The proposed technology will enable DoD aircraft to more effectively defend against shorter, K-band threats using existing cartridges and launchers.
